Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we collect through opsecfusion.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because the honest answer is that we collect very little.

Who we are
OpsecFusion is a cybersecurity services firm based in the United States. This website exists to describe our services and give you a way to reach us. You can contact us any time at [email protected].
What we collect
The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, company, and message. The form is handled by WPForms on our WordPress site, and the notification email it generates reaches us through Brevo, a transactional email provider that processes the message on our behalf. We do not collect personal information anywhere else on the site.
How we use it
We use your inquiry to respond to you and, if you ask, to scope services. That is the whole list. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Infrastructure and logs
The site is hosted in the United States and served through Cloudflare, which provides our content delivery and security layer. Like any web infrastructure, Cloudflare and our web server see standard request logs, including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We use those logs only to keep the site secure and running. We run no advertising trackers and no analytics beyond these standard logs.
Cookies
The site sets only functional cookies, such as the cookies WordPress needs to operate and the security challenge cookies Cloudflare may set to filter automated traffic. We set no marketing or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to handle your inquiry and to maintain ordinary business records. When they are no longer needed, we delete them.
Your rights
If you want to know what information we hold about you, or you want it corrected or deleted, email [email protected] and we will take care of it. We may ask you to confirm your identity first so we do not release information to the wrong person.
Third parties
The processors named above, Cloudflare and Brevo, handle data only as needed to serve the site and deliver form notifications. We do not give your information to anyone else unless the law requires it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. We will not weaken your protections quietly.
